Rolling Smiles

Starting at 10 weeks Jaythan started to roll from tummy to back :) Yay!!

Then at 12 weeks Jaythan started sleeping on his side.

Then at 13 weeks he decided to sleep on his tummy.

Now he is a pro at rolling back to tummy. I was so excited (possibly over excited) when I caught him on tape rolling from tummy to back then back to tummy all within a couple minutes.

He is growing up so fast!

He loves bath time and enjoys playing in the water. Here are some pictures after his bath. He loves to give us these smiles.

Introducing Little Green

Last August I told you I would introduce to you Little Green. Well it has taken me a while but here is the post.


It all started when Jonathan and I were dating. I gave him a pillow named Mrs. Blue. On his pillow was a poem which told him that Mrs. Blue was married to “a good ole fellow, Mr. Yellow.” Mr. Yellow is my pillow. My mom gave Mr. Yellow to my dad when they were dating 31+ years ago. So, yes its true I have a very old pillow. He may be getting as face lift soon.

After giving Jonathan Mrs. Blue we decided when we had kids our pillows would have little greens for our kids. Ha ha ha! Corny I am sure but we thought it was hilarious.

So here they are ladies and gentlemen…introducing our pillow family and their newest addition Little Green.

Three Months Old

Jaythan is now three months old! He is growing into such a fun little boy with a great personality.

 *He has rolled over from stomach to back.

*His new thing is moving around in the crib. I don’t know how he does it but he does 180’s in the crib (see pic, half way there)

*He now sleeps on his side…by his doings.

*He is holding on to toys.

* His favorite person is mama.

*He is still waking up to eat but is sleeping 10-12 hours a night.

*He loves to talk and loves to be talked to.

*He gives HUGE smiles.

*His favorite new toy is his teething ring.

*He loves to snuggle.

Every day he shows a new personality trait. It is so much fun to watch him grow. He likes to just listen to mama talk and likes to look at books. He snuggles best with his daddy. We are so in love with this boy.



Wanted to share those blue eyes. We call this the "uhhh. whats going on?" look

Jaythan and Mama

Jaythan has stolen my heart. Jaythan has grown up so fast already. He weighs over 12 pounds, has rolled over, holds his neck up pretty much all on his own, and smiles all the time. I am so blessed to be Jaythan’s Mama.
